About Us
Hey there! We’re Seamus and Michael, and if you’ve ever heard the tale of the country mouse and the city mouse—well, that’s us, but with a modern twist.
Meet Seamus
Seamus grew up on a small farm in Northern Louisiana, where the cows outnumbered the people. His hometown even has a wild connection to Bonnie & Clyde—ask him about his granddad’s story sometime! Seamus was the first in his family to graduate college, earning degrees in Business Management, Accounting, Science, and an MBA in Finance. He’s worn many hats: teacher, corporate trainer, and even co-owner of a Celtic pub called “The Ceilidh House.”
Meet Michael
Michael’s story started in a big college town,(Pennsylvania State University Alumni), with some exciting stops in Scotland and Australia along the way. His parents were professors at Penn State—Dad taught physics and math, and Mom was an English professor. Michael followed his creative path, earning a degree in Art and Architecture. He’s showcased his work in places like NYC’s Brookland Academy of Music and Melbourne’s Pinoteaka Gallery. After caring for his mom for over eight years, he found his outlet in connecting with others and, unexpectedly, met the love of his life—Seamus. Now, they’re married and building a future together.
Our Dream
Together, we’re on a mission to reclaim our 4th generation farmland and turn it into a self-sustaining haven. Picture this: a hempcrete 3D-printed dream home, a farm producing eco-friendly products, and a space where special needs kids and adults are part of our community. We’re passionate about making a positive impact on the planet, and we want you to be part of it.
Our goal?
To foster and adopt children, even older ones, and create a place where everyone feels at home. Think of it as a year-round leadership and educational hub, a bit like the “Fresh Air Fund,” but with a farm-to-table twist.
What’s Next?
We’ve come a long way from our original plans of making artisan cheese and soaps—now, we’re sourcing sustainable materials and building something bigger. New products, favorite recipes, and updates are on the horizon, and we’re excited to share our journey with you.
